Support
Email support@askmyfit.com and a human will reply. It is one person, so give it a day or two — and if you are reporting something broken, the app version from Settings helps a lot.
How do I cancel AskMyFit Pro?
Apple handles all billing, so cancellation happens in your Apple ID settings, not in the app: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then AskMyFit. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also go straight there: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — we never see your payment details and cannot issue one. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting my account also cancels my subscription, right?
No, and this catches people out. Deleting your AskMyFit account removes your data from our servers, but your subscription lives with Apple and keeps billing until you cancel it there. Cancel the subscription first, then delete the account.
How do I delete my account and my photos?
Settings, then Delete account. It is immediate and permanent: your photos, reviews, and account are removed. There is no recovery, so export anything you want to keep first. You can also delete a single review from that review's screen.
What happens to my photos?
They are private to your account, never shown to anyone else, and never used to train AI models. We strip location and camera metadata before storing anything, and photos are deleted automatically 30 days after the review. The written review stays in your history until you delete it. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
The AI got it wrong.
It will sometimes. A review is an automated opinion from a single photo — it can misjudge colour, fit, or fabric, and it can simply disagree with your taste. Mark a review "Not for me" so we can see where it misses, and treat it as one perspective rather than a verdict. See the AI disclosure.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, enter your email address and tap "Forgot password?". Firebase sends a reset link to that address — check your spam folder if it does not appear. If the address itself is lost, email support@askmyfit.com from the account you signed up with.
Something is broken.
Email support@askmyfit.com with what you were doing, what happened, and the version shown at the bottom of Settings. If the app is usable, the feedback button inside it sends the same details automatically.
