Welcome to AskMyFit. These Terms are a draft agreement between you and AskMyFit (operated by [MC Labs, LLC]) ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who can use AskMyFit
You must be 18 or older to use AskMyFit. By using it you confirm that you are.
2. What AskMyFit does
AskMyFit gives AI-generated feedback on outfit photos you choose to submit, rating the outfit for the occasion you select. It is an opinion tool for personal use, not professional styling, medical, or other advice.
3. Your photos and content
You keep ownership of the photos and information you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of generating your review and showing it back to you in your history. Only submit photos you have the right to submit, and do not submit photos of other identifiable people without their consent.
4. Acceptable use
Do not submit content that is illegal, sexual involving minors, harassing, or that infringes anyone's rights. Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that misuse the app.
5. Purchases
Some features, such as additional Second Opinions, are paid one-time purchases made through the App Store. Prices are shown before you buy. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies; we do not separately process payments.
6. AI feedback is not a guarantee
AI reviews are automated opinions and may be wrong, incomplete, or not to your taste. You are responsible for your own decisions. See the AI disclosure for details.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these Terms over time. You can stop using AskMyFit and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. [Governing law and dispute terms to be completed.]
